The Clover Ridge by EVRentals is located in a region of hills, valleys, and unspoiled woodlands, just 53 miles north of the Des Moines Airport. In the center of it all is the 1,500-acre Lake Panorama, every bit as scenic as its name implies. Only four blocks away is Lake Panorama, where one can enjoy a beach, fishing, and a 38-mile bike trail. Within a 45-minute drive of the resort is Des Moines, Iowas capital, that offers many restaurants, shops, and night spots. Panora hosts seasonal festivals, including Panorama Days in August, the Raccoon River Valley Festival in October, and Camp Candy Cane in December.

The showpiece of the resort is the 18-hole golf course. The property also offers two outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool.

The studio condo holds a maximum of two people and unit includes one queen bed and one sleeper sofa. The two bedroom with two bath condo holds a maximum of six people and unit bedding includes one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one queen Murphy bed. The room amenities include a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils.
