Kapalua Luxury Homes are located in the 1650-acre Kapalua Resort, on the northwest coast of Maui, and approximately 50 miles from Kahului Airport. This location is also near golf courses, three miles from Kapalua/West Maui Airport, nine miles from Lahaina Harbor, 35 miles from Kihei, and 40 miles from Iao Valley.

The property*s amenities include the swimming pool, barbeque areas, gardens, tennis, and complimentary shuttle service throughout the resort. Includes preferred access to Kapalua championship golf courses, tennis facilities and charging privileges at the shops and restaurants in the Kapalua Resort. A minimum 7 night stay is required.

All units feature TVs and VCRs, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and furnished kitchens. These are three-, four-bedroom, privately owned villas and homes. Amenities will vary. Size ranges from 1200 to 2400 square feet. Housekeeping is twice a week.

Photos 4, 5 and 6 are for 520 Pacific Drive - Pineapple Hill (4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Baths, 4,600 square feet). Gourmet kitchen includes Sub-Zero, double oven and two dishwashers. Master bath includes shower/steam and a jacuzzi tub. Patio includes a spa.

The price includes the property*s resort fee.
