Three Chimneys Inn is a newly restored 1649 mansion and carriage house is situated on Valentine Hill, overlooking the Oyster River and Old Mill Falls. Durham is a very special place with open spaces, flowing rivers, and the Little and Great Bays. It has beautiful woodlands and parks and is a very scenic community, yet one that is strategically located with respect to the ocean, mountains, lakes, and the cosmopolitan areas of Portland and Boston.

Having undergone extensive renovations in the early 90��s, it now serves as a bed and breakfast offering 23 guest rooms, dining, and entertainment. In addition, it also hosts many weddings, social events and corporate conferences.

All rooms are equipped with their own private baths. Every room has individual heat and air-conditioning controls. All rooms have in-room fire sprinklers and warning systems. The amenities include irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, coffeemakers, cable TV, high-speed Internet, and clock radio alarms.
